Hair Tinsel Services

Add a little sparkle to your hair with temporary hair tinsel! Hair tinsel services are available in three different ways: private parties & events, individual or small group appointments at my home studio, and select pop-ups throughout Manitoba.

Perfect for all ages, hair tinsel is a fun way to add shimmer and colour for a special occasion, party, event, or simply because you want some extra sparkle.

Damage-Free & Long-Lasting

Hair tinsel is installed using small, damage-free microbeads that securely hold the tinsel in the hair — no glue or tying at the root required.

Using microbeads provides longer-lasting wear compared to traditionally tying tinsel directly at the root. With gentle care, you can enjoy your tinsel for an extended period of time or remove it whenever you're ready for a change.

Removal is easy! The microbeads can be gently opened and removed at home using a simple pair of pliers.

$20 per person
Includes 1–2 hair tinsel extensions

Additional extensions: $5 each

Private Parties & Events

Bring the sparkle to your next event! Hair tinsel is the perfect fun activity for all ages and is available for kids' birthday parties, adult parties, bachelorettes, coworker and business events, celebrations, and other special occasions.

Private party and mobile event bookings require a minimum of 6 participants.

For events located within Winnipeg, a $20 travel fee applies. Events outside of Winnipeg may also be available, with additional travel fees determined based on location and distance.

Want some sparkle for yourself or a few friends? Individual and small group hair tinsel appointments are available at my home studio located near the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg.
